Product Description

Liquid concentrate. Insecticide for the control of cockroaches, bed bugs, spiders and flies indoors, and for the control of wasps in freely accessible nests outdoors.


Area of Use

For indoor and outdoor use:

• public places (e.g. schools, hospitals, etc.)
• residential premises
• commercial premises
• industrial premises


Target Organisms

• Cockroaches (Blattella germanica, Periplaneta americana)
• Bed bugs (Cimex lectularius)
• Spiders
• Flies (Musca domestica)
• Wasps (Vespula germanica)

Contains reaction mass of: 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (3:1) (CMIT/MIT)


Hazard Information

Warning

May cause an allergic skin reaction.
Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

Avoid breathing spray.
Avoid release to the environment.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
If skin irritation or rash occurs: seek medical advice.
Collect spillage.
Dispose of contents and container in accordance with local regulations.
Specific medical treatment – see label.


Environmental Emergency Measures

Prevent the product from entering soil, groundwater, drains and sewage systems by establishing barriers and sealing drainage openings.

In case of contamination of waterways or drains, contact the competent authorities.

Absorb spills with inert material (sand, kaolin), collect and place into properly labelled containers for hazardous waste disposal.


First Aid Measures

General: Immediately remove contaminated clothing and dispose of safely.

Ingestion: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Immediately contact a doctor or Poison Control Centre.

Inhalation: Move affected person to fresh air and keep at rest. Contact a doctor.

Skin contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of soap and water for at least 15 minutes. Warm water may increase the severity of paresthesia. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.

Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses within 5 minutes if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.


Efficacy and Use

Method: Spraying

1. Control of crawling insects (incl. cockroaches)

5 ml per 1 litre of water
50 ml/m² (6.25 mg deltamethrin/m²)
Residual effect up to 12 weeks
If necessary, treatment may be repeated, up to a maximum of 11 times per year.

2. Bed bug control

First treatment:
10 ml per 1 litre of water
50 ml/m² (12.5 mg deltamethrin/m²)

Second treatment (after 4 days):
5 ml per 1 litre of water
50 ml/m² (6.25 mg deltamethrin/m²)

Residual effect up to 12 weeks.

3. Spider control

5 ml per 1 litre of water
50 ml/m²
Residual effect up to 8 weeks.

4. Control of resting flies

5 ml per 1 litre of water
50 ml/m²
Residual effect up to 5 weeks.

5. Wasp control (freely accessible nests outdoors)

10 ml per 1 litre of water
200 ml per nest (50 mg deltamethrin per nest)
Nest completely destroyed within 1–2 weeks.
Apply once.


Use Restrictions

Do not use near agricultural crops, pets, ponds or beehives.
Do not spray in rainy conditions.
Treat wasp nests at dusk and wear appropriate protective equipment.

Before indoor spraying:
• close doors
• remove or cover aquariums
• ensure people and animals are absent until surfaces are dry
• ventilate treated areas

Do not spray directly onto food, food preparation surfaces, bedding, people or animals.


Preparation of Working Solution

  1. Fill half of the required water into the sprayer.

  2. Measure the required amount of product and add carefully.

  3. Add remaining water and mix.

Use manual or mechanical sprayers producing coarse droplets (~100 μm) at 1–3 bar pressure.
Do not perform aerial spraying.

After use, rinse equipment with clean water. Dispose of rinsing water as hazardous waste.


Resistance Management

• combine with non-chemical methods
• rotate products with different modes of action
• monitor effectiveness
• discontinue products with the same mode of action if resistance is detected


Storage

Store in original unopened container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
Protect from light.
Do not store near food, drink or animal feed.

Shelf life: 2 years.


Disposal

Product, packaging, contaminated clothing and rinsing water must be disposed of in accordance with Directive 2008/98/EC and local regulations.

Store chemicals in original containers.
Do not mix with other waste.
Handle contaminated containers as product waste.
