DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1. Remove the protective release paper.

2. Fold the monitor into a tent shape.

3. Secure it using the folding tab.

If wall attachment is required, remove the bottom paper strip.

Replace the monitor when full.

PURPOSE

Designed as a monitoring device to determine cockroach activity levels in specific areas.

Harmless to humans and pets.

VALIDITY INFORMATION

According to manufacturer information:

• After removal of protective paper, effective for:
– 3–6 months in dust-free areas
– 1–2 months in dusty areas

• When sealed with protective paper, shelf life is unlimited.
