Application

FOVAL CE is an emulsifiable insecticide concentrate against flying and crawling insects.

Intended for indoor and outdoor pest control.

Effective against:

Flying insects:

flies, mosquitoes, gnats, tiger mosquitoes

Crawling insects:

bed bugs, ants

Especially effective on non-absorbent surfaces.
When applied on non-glossy surfaces (ceilings, interior and exterior walls), effectiveness is significantly reduced.

Suitable for disinfestation of public buildings, hotels, schools, warehouses, food industry facilities and industrial equipment.

Used for:

• mosquito control on lawns, hedges, shrubs and tree-lined avenues

• fly control in rural environments, stables and livestock farms

Active Substances

Cypermethrin: 8.0 g / 100 g (92 g/l)
Tetramethrin: 2.0 g / 100 g (23 g/l)
Piperonyl butoxide: 10.0 g / 100 g (115 g/l)

Dosage

Use as a water solution:

For flying insects:
1–2% solution (10–20 ml per 1 L of water)

For crawling insects:
2–4% solution (20–40 ml per 1 L of water)

In case of heavy infestation, treatment may be repeated every 5 days.

Apply 1 litre of working solution per 10 m² of surface.

Directions for Use

Apply by spraying the prepared water solution onto surfaces using manual or mechanical sprayers.

Safety Precautions

Do not transfer to unlabelled containers.
Read instructions carefully before use.
Do not use undiluted.
Do not swallow.
Do not inhale vapours or spray mist.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Wash hands and exposed skin with soap and water after work.

Do not treat freshly painted surfaces.
Do not spray on food and kitchen utensils.
Do not apply on surfaces where food is prepared or served.
Do not use in the presence of people or pets.

Re-entry into treated rooms is permitted no earlier than 12 hours after treatment.
Ventilate thoroughly before re-entering.

Poisoning Information

Mechanism of poisoning: blockage of nerve transmission, hyperstimulation of nerve endings.

Symptoms:

• tremors

• convulsions

• impaired coordination

• respiratory irritation

• coughing

• bronchospasm

• shortness of breath

Allergic and asthmatic patients and children are particularly sensitive.

First Aid

Skin contact – remove contaminated clothing and wash immediately with plenty of soap and water.
Inhalation – move the affected person to fresh air.
Eye contact – rinse with running water for 15 minutes.
If swallowed – do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention immediately.

Suspected of causing cancer.
Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

Contains: Benzenesulfonic acid, C10–13-alkyl derivatives, calcium salts; Tetramethrin.

Keep out of reach of children.
Use protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
Avoid release to the environment.
Collect spillage.
Store locked up.

Storage

Store tightly closed in the original packaging in a well-ventilated area.
Do not store together with food and animal feed.
Keep away from heat, open flame and sparks.

Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture.

Batch number and production date: see packaging.

Waste Disposal

Dispose of product residues at a hazardous waste collection point.

Do not reuse empty packaging.
Deliver packaging to a recycling collection point.
