Product Description

DEADYNA is a liquid concentrated insecticide formulated as a water microemulsion.

The product contains a combination of two synthetic pyrethroids – cypermethrin and tetramethrin – providing:

• very rapid knockdown effect

• excellent residual activity

Cypermethrin cis/trans +/- 40/60: 6.85 g/100 g (69.2 g/l)
Tetramethrin: 1.25 g/100 g (12.6 g/l)

Areas of Use

Effective against flying insects:

• mosquitoes

• flies

• wasps

• horseflies

• midges

• gnats

Effective against crawling insects:

• cockroaches

• ants

Suitable for use in residential, industrial and agricultural buildings, urban and suburban areas, schools, kindergartens, sports halls, barracks, cinemas, theatres, railway and airport lounges, holiday houses, campsites, canteens, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, food wholesale warehouses, storage facilities, cigarette production sites, tobacco warehouses, industrial buildings, ports and transport vehicles.

May also be used for mosquito control in gardens, meadows, roadside alleys, ornamental shrubs and hedges.

Application and Dosage

DEADYNA must be diluted with water before use and applied with manual sprayers or motorized mist blowers.

Application rate:
1 liter of working solution per 10–15 m²

For Flying Insects

Indoor use:
Dilute 0.5–1%
(50–100 ml per 10 liters of water)

Spray on walls, floors, shutters and other surfaces.
Use the higher concentration against flies.

Outdoor use:
Dilute 0.5–1%
Apply on building exterior walls, open areas, under hedges and shrubs.
Ensure uniform application on plants without dripping.

For Crawling Insects

Indoor use:
Dilute 0.5–1%
(50–100 ml per 10 liters of water)

Spray on surfaces, cracks, skirting boards.
Use the higher concentration against cockroaches.

Outdoor use:
Dilute 0.5–1%
Apply on external walls, pavements and open areas.

Aerosol Treatment

Dilute 3–5% in glycol-based solvent
(300–500 ml per 10 liters of solvent)

Application rate:
0.5–1 liter per hectare of surface
or
0.5–2 liters per 1000 m³ of space

Repeat treatment depending on infestation level.

Do not use as concentrate.

Hazard Information

Suspected of causing cancer.
Causes serious eye damage.
Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

Safety Precautions

Keep out of reach of children.
Obtain special instructions before use.
Avoid release to the environment.

Use:

• chemical-resistant gloves (EN374)

• protective clothing

• safety goggles (EN166) or face shield

• respiratory protection with type A filter

IF IN EYES:
Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present. Continue rinsing. Immediately contact a Poison Information Centre or doctor.

Do not contaminate food or beverages.
Ventilate rooms thoroughly before re-entry.
In livestock facilities remove animals during treatment.
Do not use for plant protection.

Dispose of product residues at hazardous waste collection point
(Codes: 070401 / 200119)

Do not reuse empty packaging.
Clean packaging should be delivered to recycling collection point
(Code: 150102)

Recommended cleaning agent: water.

First Aid Measures

Remove contaminated clothing immediately.

Inhalation – move to fresh air.
Skin contact – wash with water and soap.
Eye contact – rinse for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
Ingestion – do not induce vomiting and seek immediate medical assistance.

Storage and Transport

Store in original sealed packaging between 5 °C and 30 °C.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.

2 years from manufacturing date.
