First Aid

If the product comes into contact with skin, wash immediately with running water and soap for at least 15 minutes.

If it comes into contact with eyes, rinse immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes.

If swallowed and the person is conscious, give 100 ml of water to drink.

In any accident case, medical consultation is recommended. Show the product label to the doctor.

Advice to doctor – symptomatic treatment.

Mode of Action

The active substance of Ferramol Limacide is iron (III) phosphate – a naturally occurring compound. After entering the soil, it breaks down into plant nutrients – iron and phosphate.

After ingestion of the granules, slugs and snails stop feeding, do not produce mucus and retreat to their hiding places where they die.

The granules are rain-resistant and remain effective in wet conditions. In humid weather they become especially attractive to slugs. In dry weather the granules may be lightly moistened without affecting efficacy.

Directions for Use

Application rate – 5 g/m²

Apply granules as soon as the first signs of slug infestation and plant damage appear. Distribute evenly between plants.

The most effective application time is in the early evening when slugs become active.

Spread the granules over the entire threatened area. Do not apply in small heaps or only around individual plants.

In case of severe infestation, treat adjacent areas as well.

If most or all bait is consumed the next day, repeat application.

Maximum number of treatments per season – 4.
Pre-harvest interval – not required.

Store in dry, cool and locked premises.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Store separately from food and animal feed.
Storage temperature – 0 °C to +25 °C.

Shelf life – 2 years from the date of manufacture in the original unopened packaging.
