BIOSTOP Food Moth Monitor
An effective and safe solution for monitoring and controlling food moths in homes, storage rooms and warehouses. BIOSTOP monitor helps detect infestations early and reduce moth populations without the use of toxic insecticides.
Area of Use
Designed for monitoring and control of the Indian meal moth (Plodia interpunctella), tobacco moth (Ephestia elutella), Mediterranean flour moth (Ephestia kuehniella) and other food moth species.
Not effective against clothes moths.
Product Description
BIOSTOP monitor contains no toxic insecticides and is environmentally friendly. It works with a special pheromone attractant that attracts male food moths, helping to detect infestation levels and reduce reproduction.
Effective for up to 6 weeks from installation.
Installation and Use
Fold the cardboard panel into a triangular shape and remove the protective film from the adhesive surface. Insert the plastic hanger into the holes at the top of the triangle and secure the structure. Remove the attractant from its airtight packaging and place it in the center of the monitor.
Hang the monitor or place it on a shelf in areas where moth activity has been observed. It should be placed in a dry, dust-free location and checked regularly.
If the monitor is full of insects, contaminated or has been in use for more than 6 weeks, dispose of it with household waste and replace with a new one.
For effective control, it is recommended to use at least one monitor per 40–60 m³ of space. In cases of heavy infestation, use multiple monitors simultaneously. Food and equipment infested with moth eggs should be discarded.
Storage
Store in the original packaging in a cool, dry and dark place.
Shelf life – 2 years from the date of manufacture.

Use only according to the instructions.
Do not touch the adhesive surface of the monitor.
Wash hands after use.
